„Food production and diet worldwide must be transformed over the next 30 years to maintain the health of the planet and the billions of people who live on it, according to a wide-ranging study published by the Lancet. After two years work by 37 experts, the EAT-Lancet Commission has produced the world’s first scientific targets for healthy eating from sustainable agriculture. They include halving the consumption of red meat and sugar while doubling the amount of nuts, fruit and vegetables consumed.“
